Have a Cup of Tea
Date: 19 November
Time: 16:00 – 18:00
Venue: GARCIA DE ORTA, PANJIM
If you were invited to the Mad Hatter’s tea party, what would you wear? A table is set-up for a grand gala, and you, dear audience, are invited to join us for a cup of tea. This tea party is an introduction to the Safe Spaces pop-up. It will be an intimate space facilitated by participating scientists, artists and educators. They will be seated at the table, outrageously dressed. Through conversational cues, the eccentric characters seated at the table will help create a safe space. They will encourage people to challenge the status quo, and contradict and critique each other in constructive ways.
