WHAT

The Story of Space is not just a festival!

It’s a playground for unending learning, where interdisciplinary stories of space come alive. Artists, scientists, educators, and philosophers have stepped outside their worlds to create live experiences, installations, workshops, and talks on the physics, politics, perception, and philosophy of space. These will be accessible to the general public, across generations.

WHEN

November 10th to 19th

We’d love to have you at our opening ceremony on November 10, 2017, at 6:00 PM.

The venue is the Kala Academy Amphitheatre in Panjim, Goa.

Note: All installations and live experiences will be open for the public from the 11th of November onwards.

The festival is free and open to all.

Pre-registrations are needed for workshops.

Most live experiences, films, and talks and panels require on the spot registration due to limited seating /experiencing capacity.

Is there a fee?

No, The Story of Space Festival is a FREE event!

GTDC Hop On Hop off

You can collect your discounted Hop On/Hop Off tickets (INR 50) from any of our festival kiosks and use the bus for traversing the festival route for a day!

You can rent a cycle from Pahiya Cycles. Call them on 9106871984.
The pick-up and drop off point for the cycles is Garcia De Orta garden.
Do carry some cash for a deposit.

Travel by Bus:

The route from Kadamba Bus Stand (in Panjim) to Goa University (Beyond Dona Paula) stops at most of the festival locations.
